Scholarships for high school graduating seniors in Benton County
Scholarship applications for graduating Benton County high school students are made available through area high school counseling offices after January 1st. Not all scholarships are offered at all high schools.

The Corvallis Woman’s Club Scholarship is for female graduates of a Benton County, Oregon high school attending Oregon State University currently holding a junior or senior class standing and a 3.0-4.0 GPA. The Oregon State University Women’s Center currently identifies and refers possible candidates to the Benton County Foundation.

The Benton County Foundation offers scholarship opportunities for cadets enrolled the military sciences Reserve Officer Training Cadets (ROTC) programs at Oregon State University or Western Oregon University. The Citizens Bank Scholarship provides scholarships to the dependents of current or retired employees of Citizens Bank. Selections are recommended by the bank’s staff.

The Loene P. Guthrie Scholarship, Dorothy May Jenks Endowed Scholarship and Goldie Rogers Composition Award contests are administered by the Oregon Music Teachers Association who mange these annual contests for promising young musicians in the mid-Willamette valley.

The Patricia McEwan Wilson Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority while attending Oregon State University. Candidates are selected by Alumnae members of the Executive Council of the Phi Chapter of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
