Military Science Scholarships
The Military Science Scholarship Endowment Fund was founded in 1991 by Michael Rainbolt, LTC, USA, Retired. This group of trust funds began by awarding scholarships to students enrolled in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Program at Oregon State University and Western Oregon University. In the year 2009 the name of this group of funds was changed to the ROTC & Veteran Support Fund as the purpose of some of the trusts expanded from offering scholarships to assisting recent veterans returning to OSU & WOU along with other military programs.
Some of these scholarships are designated for a specific service or contain other special criteria
